CCO Data Submission

Welcome to the Compass Systems – CCO Data Submission System. This system is designed to facilitate the collection of CCO member contact changes submitted by CCO call centers, into the ONE system. It is intended to standardize the information coming into OHA from the CCO call centers.

The data collected by implementing the CCO Data Submission System will:

• Allow for easier tracking of contact change completion
• Standardize information
• Collect information in one spot instead of having multiple formats

OHA will use these data submissions to update member information in the ONE System.
